Returns Policy
SportSense™ Nutrition Ltd - Returns & Exchanges Policy
- All orders that require an exchange are subject to return at our discretion.
- All returns & exchanges requests must be received within 14 days of receiving your goods, any request after this period will be accepted at our discretion only. This does not affect your statutory rights and we will always consider any reasonable request even after the 14 day period.
- A return postage fee, is always applicable where exchanges are required. This fee varies depending on product purchased and also destination of return. We will explain this to you when you request your return.
- Return postage to us is at the cost of the customer. This is dependent on the nature of the return and at our discretion may be refunded. An example of when we will refund return postage is when the customer is not at fault due to an incorrect item being received. In these circumstances we will never charge the customer for the cost of this return and we will also re-ship the correct item free of any charge.
- Before returning goods we advise you to contact us, as this is the easiest way to guarantee your return. If an item is returned without contacting us first or without returning the appropriate documentation, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange and the customer will be liable for all postage costs incurred.
- Please note: There is currently no returns policy for Media Items, such as DVD's, Books etc. This is due to the fact that we cannot guarantee you have not read/watched the product before returning. Returns of these items will only be considered if the items are in the original undamaged packaging, faulty or the incorrect goods were sent.
- Original postage costs will only be refunded when we are at fault. If a return is requested and we are not deemed at fault for the return, then postage will not be refunded. This is because the postage costs are for a service and if that service (delivery) has been provided, then the costs are non refundable.
- All returns & refunds are subject to approval, and some instances refunds can take up to 14 working days to be processed.
We request that all products are returned in original packaging where possible, however all returned products must be without any damage.
If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse the return and/or charge administration fees. This is non - negotiable as this incurs the time of our staff.
