At SportSense™ Nutrition we pride ourselves on offering a great service, which provides you with the best sports nutrition products available in the UK and a dedicated support team that offer unrivaled customer service.

• SportSense™ classes the United Kingdom as England, Northern Ireland, Scotland (including the Highlands and Isles) and Wales. We do not class Guernsey, Jersey and the other Channel Isles as part of the UK as they cost us an additional amount to ship to these locations.
  Please note: Some post codes within the Scottish Isles are also not considered to be part of the UK.
• Any customer requesting goods to be left safe are accepting full liability for cost of goods and no claim can be brought to SportSense™ Nutrition Ltd for missing or partially delivered items.
• Refusal of goods at the time of delivery will result in full postal charges being incurred by the customer. This includes sending back to customer. At our discretion, we may also charge any fees which it costs us to deal with a returned item that has been refused/undelivered. These fees will be determined by what the order consists of and by what shipping method was used.
• Please note that courier charges may be applicable where customers require goods to be re-directed to an alternate address or where a further delivery attempt has to be made by the courier when the customer has been unavailable to accept the goods.
• If a card has been left at a delivery premises, failure to act upon the card will result in a re-delivery charge (where applicable).
  Please note; this is regardless of the courier company's depot location or the couriers in question. SportSense™ Nutrition Ltd will not be responsible for courier depot locations or for any inconvenience caused with subsequent re-delivery arrangements made by the courier. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to sign for the order at the time of delivery.
• Please note that Heavy or Large items do incur additional postage charges, they are not included in any FREE shipping offer or standard postage deals.
• Please be aware that SportSense™ Nutrition Ltd is a UK based company and as such, orders to be delivered to non UK/EU addresses may be subject to import restrictions or additional import duties/taxes. We would suggest that residents who live outside the UK or EU should first clarify any specific import laws that relate to their particular country.

Our recently changed shipping rates for 2010 are among the most competitive in the industry. We pride ourselves in offering a high standard of service, which includes high quality carriage that ensures your goods are safe, and get to you fast!

Our shipping services are:

Standard delivery:  2-4 day delivery
(most orders arrive within 48 hours after dispatch)

Express delivery: 1 day
(Guaranteed** next day delivery from dispatch date)

We always recommend that when a standard delivery service has been requested, you should wait for 5 working days before contacting us, it is very rare that our deliveries take this long, however, if you allow for the full 5 days, it is easier for us to investigate with the courier should it not arrive within the standard time frame.

We only ever dispatch goods using recognised courier firms and delivery agents.
Our couriers have a 98%* success rate with timed & next day guaranteed services to UK mainland.

The large majority of parcels and shipments we send all require a signature on delivery, please ensure that there will be someone around to sign for your parcel.

Which courier companies do you use?

We use several courier companies to deliver your goods, this depends on the delivery type you have requested and the area that your goods are being delivered to. We are currently using such companies as:

Domestic & UK - Royal Mail & Interlink Express
International & Worldwide - Royal Mail, FedEx, DHL & UPS

We do use other courier companies for certain worldwide destinations.

What countries do you deliver to?

We do offer the option of delivering to any country in the world. However, there may be times where the size of your order and other unforeseen circumstances mean we cannot deliver to you. If this is the case, you will be notified and we will try to arrange an alternative solution for you.
Please note that certain areas of the world incur different charges to others, please make sure that you have read our shipping charge to understand how these charges work. If you are in any doubt or have any queries, please contact us...

Do i have to pay import & custom charges for orders overseas?

Customs and Import charges are paid for once the order reaches the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these charges and it may be unavoidable.
As we have no control over these charges, we are not responsible for paying them and unfortunately we would not be able to tell you how much it may be. If you need to find out about these charges, please contact your local customs office and they should be able to assist you.

Please note; we can also not change the customs invoice to a lower order value in order for you to avoid these fees, we can also not mark the item as a gift when it is not. We have been asked to do this in the past but we are simply breaking the law if we ever agreed to do this. The customer is responsible for any customs charges and you must find out how much these will be before agreeing to the delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Box addresses?

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO Box addresses, if we discover an order has been placed with a PO Box address, we will simply request another address for delivery of your goods, and no goods will be dispatched to you until you provide us with that alternative address. We do this for reasons of security and because 99% of all our deliveries require a signature on delivery.

Do you deliver to BFPO addresses?

Yes we do, we also support members of HM forces through Help for Heroes & the Army Benevolent Fund.

We are very grateful for any orders placed by members of HM forces and we do ensure that we dispatch to BFPO addresses for that reason. All you will need to do is order as usual through the checkout system and your address will automatically be shown to us.
We do not charge extra for BFPO addresses. However, they are status to the same dispatch rates as overseas customers.
